I did a 'Reset installation' in Windows 10 and deleted all settings and data, with the same result. I tried installing the latest Bootcamp drivers (5621) from Apple's website and they would not install.
On a lark, I ran the Bootcamp Assistant (MacOS App) and created a USB drive with just drivers. It downloaded it's own drivers and they're a newer version and they work with Win10 Pro x64.
The Bootcamp driver installer did replace the Win10 supplied nVidia driver, but Windows Update changed it back.
